WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
There is no minimum! If 1 item is all that you need, that's all you need to order.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
At this time we are happy to ship to Canada for FREE and the USA with prices based on order size. If you're shopping from another country, we're happy to consider shipping to you as well, please email admin@redfoxdesigns.ca for a quote.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Our goal is to have satisfied customers. We do our best to provide high quality items, but if for some reason an item that you receive is not up to that high standard, we are happy to rectify the situation within 14 days of delivery. Please email admin@redfoxdesigns.ca if you need to request a return.
HOW ARE YOU KEEPING MY INFORMATION PRIVATE?
Your privacy is very important to us. This is one reason that we make sure to use secure options for payment and order processing such as Paypal. This way we don't even receive your payment information, so we don't risk any misuse of it. In addition, we promise to never sell any information that you do provide us (contact information, etc.) and only to use it for the purpose of completing your order and our own private communication as necessary.
